    India Food & Arts Festival (IFAF) is Oklahoma's premier celebration of Indian food, arts, music, and culture. Thousands of visitors attend every year, and our volunteers are the heart of the festival.

    Volunteer Departments

    Operations

    Festival setup, equipment logistics, vendor support, and teardown.

    • Set up tents, tables, and signage
    • Assist vendors with load-in/out
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe event space

    Guest Services

    Assist festival attendees, sponsors, and Friends of the Event with ticketing and general event needs.

    Festival Attractions

    Support interactive exhibits, photo booths, and cultural display zones.

    • Managing photo booth lines
    • Guiding attendees through display areas

    Volunteer Services

    Support fellow volunteers throughout their shifts with check-ins and snacks.

    Vendor booth

    • Non food - $200 (10 ft by 10 ft Tent)
    • Non food - $350 (20 ft by 10 ft Tent)
    • Food for profit - $300 (10 ft by 10 ft Tent)
    • Food for profit - $500 (20 ft by 10 ft Tent)
    • Food for Non profit - $250 (10 ft by 10 ft Tent)
    • Food for Non profit - $450 (20 ft by 10 ft Tent) 

    Note Registration Fees is due immediately at the time of registration. Failure to pay fees on time will lead to cancellation of registration.

    Food vendors will be reimbursed as follows:

    1 ticket - $2.5

    2 tickets - $5

    4 tickets - $10

    Note: Food vendors please review the temporary food establishment criteria for Oklahoma City County

    Terms & Conditions:

    • All food vendors need to use a commercial kitchen. Restaurants should use their kitchen and other food vendors need to rent a commercial kitchen to prep items.

    • Each food vendor needs to have a contract with commercial kitchen. This documentation is needed for Health inspections.
    • If all the food being served is prepared and cooked at the event then the commercial kitchen requirement do not apply.
    • Food Vendors MUST be ready at their stall for food inspectors. Failure to do so will result in disqualification to put stall and forfeiture of their stall fees. If the inspector has any corrections or if they reject the stall, IAOK is not responsible and has to be absolved of all costs and repercussions.
    • IAOK will sell 1 ticket for $3 and reimburse for $2.5. Vendor can ONLY accept tickets. Cash sales are strictly prohibited.
    • All food vendors are allowed to sell water - 2 bottles for one ticket
    • Max rate of item on menu can only be 4 tickets
    • Menu and pricing has to be pre approved by IAOK Executive Committee.
    • ANY CANCELLATION REQUEST FOR STALLS WILL INCUR 50% CANCELLATION FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • IAOK WILL NOT REFUND ANY STALL FEE IN THE EVENT OF EVENT CANCELLATION DUE TO ANY FORCE MAJEURE.
    • Vendors will not be permitted to display, sell or distribute merchandise, flyers , brochures or products that are of religious /spiritual nature or that display obscene or lewd content.
    • Any flyers, brochures, etc. for public distribution shall be approved by IAOK Executive Committee.
